Formerly a personal finance writer for the Los Angeles Times, Pulliam Weston is a graduate of the certified financial planner training program at the University of California, Irvine. In June 2010, the Consumer Federation of America named her a lifetime distinguished service award winner, along with lawmakers Christopher Dodd and Barney Frank. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband and daughter.
