Tobin Smith is the founder and editor of ChangeWave Investing. He serves as executive editor of ChangeWave MicroCap Investor, and he contributes his weekly market outlook and editorial rants to ChangeWave's WaveWire e-letter, which is read by more than 250,000 investors each week.

Smith has been a contributing market analyst for Fox News since 2000, and he co-stars on "Bulls & Bears," cable television's No. 1-rated investment program. He can be heard frequently on many nationally syndicated investment talk-radio programs. Smith also has appeared on CNBC, CNNfn, Bloomberg TV, CBS Radio and other leading media outlets.

Since 1980, Smith has delivered more than a thousand speeches about how to put your money on the winning side of change. In 1995, Smith became vice president and group publisher of Phillips International. Smith launched the company's Interactive Media Group, where he refined the investment strategies and approaches featured in the flagship service ChangeWave Investing.

In October 2001, his book "ChangeWave Investing 2.0" debuted as the No. 1-selling business book on Amazon.com and was a Wall Street Journal best seller. The year before, his book "ChangeWave Investing" debuted on the best-seller lists of The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal and USA Today.
