Portfolio showing outdated data
Effect: Outdated information appears in your portfolio, if the Deluxe Portfolio hasn't successfully saved to the MSN Money servers in the past 90 days. MSN Money may try to force an update and replaced the Deluxe Portfolio information on your computer with the information stored on MSN Money servers. Because updates have not occurred for 90 days, this causes outdated information to appear in your Portfolio. Note: Portfolio Manager Essentials only uses the server data and has no local copy.
Duration: Indefinite

Why doesn't my account update?
Effect:
There may be times when specific accounts do not update. In most instances the accounts will update within 24 hours.
If specific accounts haven't updated for more than 24 hours and you've tried to force an update via Update Now, see the Check the Status of an account on MSN Money item below for information on how to look up the error codes for those accounts. If you click on that error code, it may provide additional information to identify the reason for the failure.
If you go to your financial institution's website and see that they've added additional security measures, this may explain the difficulty Money has in updating your accounts. In these situations we are working to accommodate these changes as soon as possible.
