Troubled about lending to family? Ask an expert today
Certified credit counselors from the National Foundation for Credit Counseling (NFCC) are fielding questions online today, with a focus on the problems of lending money to friends and family. As always, they're also answering questions on foreclosure, housing issues, debt problems, credit cards, saving, budgeting, credit scores and other financial issues. The Ask a Credit Counselor message board is a free service sponsored by MSN Money and the nonprofit NFCC. Counselors are available online from 9 a.m. through 9 p.m. ET Monday through Friday.
